Revenue is growing. So why is cash tight?Illustrative example
The gap

You have financial statements. But do you have financial clarity?

Most growing businesses have a bookkeeper and a CPA. The owner is still left asking:

  1. 1Why is revenue growing while cash feels tight?
  2. 2Which customers, products, or locations actually make money?
  3. 3Can we afford to hire, expand, or invest?
  4. 4What should next year look like?
  5. 5Are we building something a buyer would pay for?

Accounting tells you what happened. Stonewall Insights tells you what it means and what to do next.

Try it

See the cash crunch 13 weeks before it arrives.

A rolling 13-week cash forecast is the most useful tool most owner-led businesses don't have. Move the controls to see how small changes ripple through the bank balance.

About

Corporate FP&A discipline. Operator-level experience.

I'm Colin Smitham, founder of Stonewall Insights. I worked in corporate FP&A at American Airlines, where I supported a $720M annual operating budget, and served as Controller inside a Dallas manufacturing business, where the numbers meet the shop floor.

I started Stonewall Insights to give owner-led companies the financial clarity larger companies take for granted: practical reporting, forward-looking plans, and a finance partner who turns numbers into better decisions.
